Hi! We’re Maite & Pontus, two very different people who found each other while living in Sweden. We started Discovering Gaia as a passion project, a way to preserve and share the fun things we learn from our adventures. This blog was born in January 2023 from our love for exploring the world, meeting new people, and uncovering interesting stories. We’re on a mission to showcase our best experiences and help others discover this beautiful planet, Gaia.
